Kelly was at the opening of Genki Sushi's new outlet. Besides donating the full amount of her reward for the event to her Children Education Fund, she had also launched the "Charity Rainbow Plan", a collaborative effort with the food franchise to raise donations for her fund. Kelly hoped that a sum of $300 000 can be raised within a month.

Earlier Kelly had got herself injured on several occasions while she was learning horse riding. The scar on her right forearm was still clearly visible. Kelly said that she is still applying cream to cover the scar and it will take at least a year for it to subside. Further to her recent incident where she again fell from horse back, she hurt her legs and the interior of her left leg has yet to recover. Although she could now walk normally, she could feel pulls in the injured area when she does stretching and dancing. The doctor has advised her to rest for 3 weeks. She has already rested for 2 weeks and has 1 more week to go. Due to this, she had missed the opportunity for a performance in Chengdu that cost a six figure sum.

Did her boyfriend try to stop her from filming the movie after she had gotten so many injured? Kelly said that her boyfriend was also afraid of that horse which easily gets frightened. Kelly recalled that the horse had ran near to the barricade and incidentally touched her butt against the poles. It got frightened and tossed Kelly off its back. Her boyfriend had reminded her to be careful but he will not stop her to carry on.

Recently, Mark Lui was again criticised to be a copycat. His new song "Money Money Money Money" composed for Leo Ku was suspected to imitate English rock band Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody". Kelly expressed that she has not heard Queen's song and was therefore not in a position to give her comments. Some of Kelly's previous songs composed by Mark were also labeled as imitations of other songs. Kelly defended Mark by saying that the music was probably a trend at that time and that is why Mark had chosen to use it in the tune. She would not intentionally to search for Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" to find out the truth. She again defended Mark saying that his works are very creative and also praised Leo's new song to be very special.

Kelly further said that she will continue to use Mark's works in the future. She has already rushed him for songs for her new album. Would she have pressure singing his works the next time? Her answer was that she will only concentrate to do her part well and not care about other matters. When again asked if she did not believe that Mark is a copycat, her reply was that certain elements of a song would be used because of trend just like fashion. Father's Day is approaching and Kelly has planned for a meal celebration for her father on that day.

陳慧琳續支持雷頌德創作

陳慧琳 ( Kelly ) 很有善心，昨日她出席「元氣壽司」分店開幕禮，亦不忘做善事，她除了將酬勞全數撥捐予「陳慧琳兒童助學基金」外，更與壽司店合作推行「愛心彩虹慈善計劃」，為基金籌款。 Kelly 表示希望一個月內能籌得三十萬元善款。

Kelly 早前為拍戲練習騎馬，因墮馬令到她傷痕纍纍，她右手臂的疤痕至今仍清晰可見。 Kelly 表示，目前還需靠遮瑕膏遮掩疤痕，預計要一年時間才能完全褪去。 Kelly 表示，最近再次墮馬，更傷及腳部，其左腳內側位置尚未復元。雖然行路自如，但踢腳和跳舞的話，便有扯著的感覺。據醫生說需三星期時間才能復元，目前已休息了兩星期，尚要休息一個星期，因休息的關係，令她錯失到成都做騷的機會，讓她損失六位數字酬勞。

拍戲墮馬男友擔心

Kelly 為拍戲以致周身傷，其男友有沒有勸她不要拍戲呢？她說，男友也怕了那匹馬，最怕牠受驚。 Kelly 說及上次受傷的原因，她說，當時馬兒跑到欄邊，不慎屁股觸及欄杆，因而受驚，遂將她拋下，所以她最怕馬受驚，男友也叮囑她要小心點，但不會叫她不做。

最近雷頌德 ( Mark ) 再涉嫌抄歌，有說他作給古巨基的新歌《錢錢錢錢》，是抄襲英國老牌搖滾樂隊 Queen 的《 Bohemian Rhapsody 》。 Kelly 表示未聽過 Queen 這首歌，故不便評論。過往 Mark 作給 Kelly 的歌，也被指有抄襲之嫌。 Kelly 維護 Mark 說，可能興這種風格的歌， Mark 便拿來用，她沒有聽過 Queen 這首歌，也不會刻意找這首歌來聽，總之不會去求證。她力撐 Mark 的創作較有新意，又大讚基仔這首新歌很得意。

Kelly 表示，日後都會繼續用 Mark 的作品，而且會催促他快交歌。問她唱 Mark 的歌不怕有壓力嗎？她說不會理，只求做好本份。續問她是否不信 Mark 抄歌？ Kelly 對此表示，某些歌曲元素時興才會用，就好像服飾潮流一樣。父親節快到， Kelly 已計劃當日陪父親吃飯慶祝。
