As Kelly was busy with her concert world tour last year, she was unable to film any movies. For this year, she hopes to increase her works. After the New Year, besides taking on the role of a mute girl for a Korean movie, she will also take on an ancient movie directed by Cheng Xiao Dong. In the movie, she plays a highly skilled heroine. There will be several scenes that require her to gallop on horseback. As such, she has already requested for Cheng to teach her martial arts and horse riding.

They are still currently scouting for the male co-star for the movie, . Kelly felt that it will be a difficult task to act in the movie but it is worth the hard work as the script is very good. As for the Korean movie, it is equally challenging. She will have to start learning sign languages. Besides this, she needs to use sign languages and facial expressions to display her feelings. Kelly has also questioned herself whether she would be able to handle the role well. However, all this will wait after the New Year.

陳慧琳豬年演啞女

陳慧琳（ Kelly ）去年因為忙於做巡迴演唱，所以沒有接拍電影，今年她希望增加拍戲量，過年後除了接演一部扮啞妹的韓片外，還會接演程小東導演的古裝片，片中她是武功高強的俠女，有不少策馬奔馳的場面。為演出更逼真，程小東會親自教她武功和騎馬。

準備學手語

這部大型古裝片，男主角還在物色中， Kelly 說：「我諗拍呢部戲會幾辛苦，但個劇本好好，所以辛苦都要接。另外，韓國 o個部做啞妹 o既戲一樣好有挑戰性，好快我就要開始跟老師學手語，因為我演啞女，呢部戲 o既角色難度相當高，我要用手語同面部表情去表達內心世界，唔易做。講真句，我都唔知自己可唔可以應付得 o黎！不過一切等過埋年先算。」

Donation To Her Education Fund

At the Lunar New Year Countdown event on Saturday night, Kelly had donated the full earnings for the show of $180, 000 to her Children's Education Fund. She hoped that this will bring good luck for the new year and that another 10 schools could be built within the year.

Kelly expressed that her relatives would often gather at one or two places and it makes it much easier for house visiting. As to whether her boyfriend will accompany her for the house visits, she replied that both of them have their own places to visit. On her cautious movement when performing the dances, Kelly said that she would always be careful when dancing. She knew that Gigi Leung recently slipped and she herself would also be more careful.

陳慧琳18萬酬勞行善

陳慧琳前晚在出席「喜躍歡騰迎新歲」，穿上高底鞋的她未知是否怕重蹈梁詠琪的覆轍，跳舞時格外留神。身為「愛心之星」的 Kelly ，把活動酬勞 180,000 元全數撥捐「陳慧琳兒童助學基金」，她說：「將酬勞捐出，希望為新一年帶來好運，基金已興建了 10 間學校，希望今年內可以再建 10 間。」

Kelly 表示親友集中在一、兩個地方，故很容易拜年，問到男友會否在場？她說：「各有各拜！」提到跳舞時動作明顯謹慎， Kelly 說：「一跳快歌就要好小心！我知梁詠琪跳舞跌倒，好慘，我都要小心點。」

Grabbing Discounted Items

Yesterday afternoon, Kelly was at Hong Kong airport to attend a live outdoor radio interview. She expressed that she and her brother had went to her mother's place for reunion dinner the previous night. Kelly had also found an antique belt belonging to her mother that is suitable for the current fashion. As such, she had used it on the dress she wore to attend the interview. During the interview, Kelly spoke of her habit to grab discounted items but she is not afraid of people calling her a cheap skate as the items are all value for money.

She also mentioned that she would go to the US for a performance at the end of the month. She believed that she would spend a 5 figure sum to buy items in the trip. Her boyfriend will not be accompanying her because he is having a holiday with his family members.

Why did Kelly not go with him for the holiday? She explained that she already had plans for work but fortunately, they had already celebrated during Valentine's Day. Her boyfriend had given her a pink mobile phone. However, her boyfriend does not subscribe to a 3G plan and they will therefore be unable to communicate through video. Did her boyfriend took the chance to propose to her? Kelly answered no.

陳慧琳（ Kelly ）昨日到機場翔天廊任商台戶外直播嘉賓，她表示前晚和弟弟到媽咪家吃團年飯，發現了媽咪以前用的古董皮帶很適合現時潮流，故昨日戴上媽咪的皮帶出現。 Kelly 自爆常買減價貨，不怕被人指為 Cheap 嗎？她說：「怕咩！不怕給人話 Cheap ，我只是買價廉物美的東西。」

她指月底會再到美國登台，相信屆時會花 5 位數字掃貨，但男友不會隨行，因男友與家人會去外地旅行。

男友情人節贈電話

為什麼不等她一同前往？ Kelly 解釋因有了工作安排，幸情人節有慶祝，男友送了一個粉紅色電話給她；但男友卻沒用 3G 電話計劃，故他們不能用視像電話解相思之苦。那男友可有順勢向她求婚？ kelly 稱無。

Shanghainese New Year Dishes

Kelly had recently filmed a Shanghai Lunar New Year Food Special for TVB and she had specially went to a 5 star hotel to learn to cook the dishes. Although Kelly is a Shanghainese, she does not know much about cooking the dishes.

For the programme, the main chef of the hotel was invited to teach Kelly. However, as the cooking utensils used in hotels are much larger than those used in homes, Kelly had great difficulty to lift them up and nearly toppled the ingredients. The chef had also corrected Kelly's way of holding pot shovel.

Besides this, the host had played the pairing game with Kelly to differentiate the 9 different Shanghainese lunar new year dishes. Kelly managed to guess all of them correctly. She mentioned that both her paternal and maternal grandmothers like to cook several Shanghainese dishes for their grandchildren. Kelly's favourite is Kao Fu and she was very happy to be able to learn how to cook it. She hoped that she would be able to cook it herself for her grandmothers.

For this New Year, Kelly is extremely busy and has to work till New Year's eve. She will be counting down to the new year with her fans at Tuen Mun to usher in the year of the Pig.

Kelly烹調上海菜開年

陳慧琳（ Kelly ）日前為無線娛樂新聞台拍攝於年初二播出的賀年特輯「上海慧琳開年飯局」，她更特別到五星級大酒店的上海菜館學煮開年飯。 Kelly 雖然是上海人，但對烹調上海菜只略懂一二。

學拿鑊鏟

節目當日就請來酒店大廚，教 Kelly 煮家傳戶曉的上海菜式，包括四喜烤夫及薺菜雞絲炒年糕。但因菜館的廚房用品比家中所用的大很多，而且非常重， Kelly 拿起時相當吃力，差點把材料打翻，場面十分搞笑。大廚更糾正 Kelly 拿鑊鏟的手勢，令 Kelly 獲益良多。

除此之外，主持還跟 Kelly 玩配對遊戲，分辨九種上海賀年食品，雖然 Kelly 從未見過某些食品，但都給她一一估中。 Kelly ：「嫲嫲及婆婆都是上海人，她們會經常煮一些上海菜給我們孫仔孫女吃，我最喜愛的就是烤夫了，今日有得學煮這道菜好開心，希望有機會我可以親手弄一次給她們品嘗。」

另外， Kelly 工作相當忙碌，今年需工作至年三十晚才收爐。 Kelly ：「明晚（ 17 日）為了幫陳慧琳兒童助學基金籌款，會到屯門跟歌迷一起倒數，迎接豬年。」

Dance With Raymond Lam

Kelly was yesterday in the TV studio to rehearse the dance with Raymond Lam for 2007 Beijing Lunar New Year show. To the recent reports that Kelly had rejected to appear in the International Chinese Beauty Pageant organised by TVB because she was displeased about the results on the earlier awards presentation. Kelly denied and mentioned that she is currently in TVB's studio and what problems could there be? She added that she had already explained that she will not be in HK during that time and was thus unable to appear in the show. If her schedule allows, she will still have future chances to work with TVB. There will be several close chest contacts for the dance with Raymond Lam, but Kelly expressed that she will not avoid them intentionally. She said that it is common for dances and if she chose to retract during the body contacts, it will look even more weird.

Kelly林㶴跳探戈胸貼胸

陳慧琳（ Kelly ）昨日到將軍澳電視廣播城，與林㶴為北京舉行的《 2007 北京新春大聯歡》排練探戈舞。對於有傳因不滿在《勁歌金曲頒獎典禮》中獲獎少，而拒擔任《國際中華小姐競選》表演嘉賓，昨日 Kelly 否認：「我成個人効 TVB ，仲有咩事？一早講冲唔効香港，做唔到《中華小姐》，以後有期都會繼續同無㵟合作蕂！」今次與林㶴跳探戈會胸貼胸，不過 Kelly 表示不會避忌：「跳舞係咁蕂啦！縮胸咪仲奇怪、仲核突。」

Filming MV In The Cold

Kelly had recently filmed the MV for her song "You Have Things Hiding From Me". As that day was the coldest day in Winter and the filming location was at Sum Shui Wan, Kelly had brought along 2 heaters as she was afraid to be cold. One of the scenes was taken in the wine cellar and the heaters were not allowed to be turned on to affect the cold temperature. Kelly had only to bear with the cold while filming.

The video describes the girl's boyfriend frequently keeping things from her because a third party had came up in their relationship. Would she continue to wait or sort it out with her boyfriend? Kelly said that if she is the girl, she will choose the second option and not wait dumbly. She does not like to drag on. To her there will be no hope when one goes unfaithful.

For the filming, Kelly was also sponsored by 3d gold with a 2 carat diamond ring costing more than $500 000. As such, the staff had kept it carefully. In an earlier award presentation in China, Kelly was awarded the best selling female singer in HK region. This award was given because her songs were the most downloaded as ringtones by people in China. However, Kelly was not present for the awards presentation. She is happy of the support by fans and she hopes that in the middle of this year she can release a new Mandarin album..

陳慧琳捱凍拍MV

陳慧琳日前拍攝新歌《你有事瞞住我》的 MV ，由於當日是入冬以來最寒冷的一日，加上拍攝地點在深水灣，一向怕冷的 Kelly 隨身帶備兩個暖爐旁身。其中一場戲 Kelly 要在一個酒窖內拍攝，由於酒窖要保持一個較低的溫度，不能開暖爐， Kelly 唯有捱凍拍攝。

今次 MV 內容是講女主角的男友經常隱瞞她，原來二人之間出現第三者，女主角應繼續等待，還是跟男朋友講清楚呢？ Kelly 說若女主角是她，一定會說清楚，不會傻等的。因為她不喜歡拖拖拉拉的做事。對她而言，一次不忠，百次不用，她覺得已變了心的人，很難補救。

這次拍攝， Kelly 也獲金至尊珠寶贊助一隻兩卡鑽石戒指，價值超過五十萬元，所以工作人員很小心看管。而早前 Kelly 於內地的中國移動 M.Music 無線音樂頒獎盛典中，榮獲最暢銷年度女歌手（港台），即代表去年內地最多人下載 Kelly 的歌曲作為手機鈴聲。可惜 Kelly 未能親身領獎，但她都開心有歌迷支持，而今年年中也希望可以推出全新國語唱片。
