In the earlier radio interview of Kelly in Canny Leung's programme, William So was asked to give his personal comments on Kelly. He felt that she is an obedient girl who always goes straight home to play computer games with her sister after her work. Furthermore, she is not one who easily gets rumors on relationships with others. To this, Kelly had expressed that she had once played computer games consecutively for 18 hours without resting. She had also joked that this was the best way for her to keep fit.

During the interview, her song producer, Gary Chan, had mentioned that Kelly is extremely afraid of cold temperatures. She would turn off the air conditioner whenever she steps into the recording studio. For awards presentation, you can always see her carry her coat around. This cold phobia was inherited from her mother as what Kelly had said. Gary later continued saying that he seldom sees Kelly eating other food in the studio except for those siew mai easily obtained from stalls on the streets. That is Kelly's favorite food because it is steamed and not too heaty or oily. It is also a way for her to preserve her vocals.

陳慧琳接受梁芷珊訪問，更請來蘇永康大談眼中的 Kelly 。康仔認為 Kelly 是個乖乖女，工作後第一時間就是回家上網玩遊戲，既可以與胞姐相聚一刻，又不會緋聞纏身。 Kelly 表示初迷上網上遊戲，試過不眠不休連續打機 18 小時，她笑言這是其 Keep Fit 之道。

遺傳母親手凍腳凍

唱片監製 Gary Chan 說 Kelly 極為怕凍，每次入錄音室都要關掉所有冷氣，出席頒獎禮必須帶備禦寒大衣， Kelly 解釋經常「手凍腳凍」是遺傳自媽媽。 Gary 續說從來未見過 Kelly 在錄音室吃東西，吃的只是街邊擺賣的燒賣， Kelly 表示燒賣是蒸的食物，不熱氣、不肥膩，可以保持聲線。

North America Concert Tour

Kelly has planned for her North America concert tour to be held in April. However, due to the possibility of war between US and Iraq, the concert organisers needed to wait for further developments as to whether the concerts will carry on as usual. Kelly had also agreed that safety was more important than money.

To the tense situation in America, the reporters asked Kelly whether she would cancel the shows. Kelly replied that she has three shows in San Francisco, Atlantic City and Toronto in April. Currently, talks are still going on for the concerts. If war is to break out, they will most likely be cancelled. She expected that everyone will already have no mood to enjoy the concert during war times. She also hoped that it would really not happen because she wanted to have a holiday there after her concerts. Her family members and boyfriend have not stopped her from holding the concert in US because they are unaware that she will be doing so. If she was so unlucky that war happened during her concert, she resigned it to fate.

Kelly was recently in China for a performance and received overwhelming response from the audience. The crowd had rushed up stage to give her flowers and the wrappers for the bouquets had scratched her face. Fortunately, it was not that serious although it was still a painful experience for Kelly.

Kelly 望不要開戰四月美加做騷

陳慧琳（ Kelly ）計畫四月到美加做巡迴演唱會，由於美伊戰爭一觸即發，為安全起見，主辦商要視乎局勢發展再決定是否如期舉行，對此 Kelly 坦言：「錢唔係問題，做唔到都唔覺有損失，命仔最緊要。」

要命不要錢

Kelly 昨日到電台接受訪問，由於美國局勢緊張，記者問她有否推掉到美加登台騷？ Kelly 說：「四月 o係三藩市、大西洋城同多倫多有幾場巡迴演唱會，依家考慮緊接唔接，如果開戰就應該唔去，點會有人睇演唱會，都執包袱走啦，大家都驚死，最好唔開戰，我都想唱完歌去度下假。（家人同男友有冇勸你唔去呀？）冇，佢 o地都唔知我去，整定 o既，可能去到先開戰，要博一博，主辦單位要去，唔通我唔去咩，佢 o地仲驚過我。（有冇加重保險呀？）冇聽過。」

此外， Kelly 日前到東莞演出，由於觀眾太熱情紛紛衝上台送花， Kelly 被花紙刮到俏臉，十分痛楚，好在沒有留下傷痕。

Best Valentine's Day Gift

Kelly had claimed that she had received the best Valentine's Day gift this year from her boyfriend while attending We Love Peace Concert organised by Commercial Radio station. She had earlier received a last minute invitation from the radio station to attend the concert. She had chosen the song "Imagine" to sing and was fortunate that her boyfriend had personally handed the CD and karaoke version of the song for her to practise. Kelly loved her boyfriend for this great gift and had appreciated that he had stayed with her past midnight to rehearse the song. On the other hand, she did not prepare any gift for him but had lighted a candle to create a romantic atmosphere at her home. Kelly had also prepared a meal for her boyfriend but had forgot to cook rice! Luckily, her manager dropped by her place and gave her a hand. Kelly laughed that after Miss Chung had finished cooking the rice, she immediately chased her off. As for the last day of the Lunar New Year, Kelly will again spend time with her boyfriend and cook some rice dumplings for him.

陳慧琳度浪漫情人節親自下廚男友

陳慧琳（ Kelly ）與男友 Alex 、黃貫中與朱茵這兩對情侶，異口齊聲剛度過了一個有意義兼難忘的情人節，因為他們兩對情人都為了和平示愛的音樂會，而在情人節當晚分別與另一半雙雙練歌兼玩煮飯仔。

Kelly 因為臨急接到商台的通知，她選唱了《 Imagine 》，幸得男友親自送來歌曲 CD 和卡拉 OK 給她練唱，所以她笑說：「是一份最好 o既情人節禮物，真係錫晒佢，佢仲陪我練到半夜點幾鐘，（咁你送乜畀男友？）冇 o架，我營造浪漫氣氛囉，點 o左一支蠟燭。」 Kelly 還下廚煮了幾味菜給男友品嘗，不過大頭蝦的 Kelly 竟然忘記煲飯，幸好經理人鍾珍在適當時候出現，立即幫她煲飯。她笑說：「不過佢一煲完我立即趕她走。」昨晚元宵佳節， Kelly 繼續與男友浪漫，她說：「我會整湯丸畀佢食囉。」

Work In Japan

After spending her New Year holidays in Hong Kong, Kelly had set off for Japan yesterday afternoon to continue her work. Her assigned job will be to shoot new ad for Citizen watches. 4 fans were present at the airport to sent her off. Although time was limited, Kelly still took photographs with her fans before entering the departure gate.

陳慧琳（ Kelly ）剛剛在香港過完新年，昨午二時許和助手在機場離境大堂出現， Kelly 表示此行是去日本工作，據知她是拍攝星辰手表廣告，今年已是 Kelly 第四年為此品牌做代言人拍廣告，而昨日有四名 Fans 到機場送別，雖然時間緊迫，但 Kelly 仍有求必應，與 Fans 拍照後才匆匆入閘。

New Year's Resolution

Busy Kelly, who has this rare opportunity to be free during the Lunar New Year holidays, will spend this time with her family members. This is because once the holidays are over, she will once again start her schedule with doing the album recording for her Mandarin album and concert tour in Canada during April and May. Several commercials are also at hand for her to start working on.

Kelly's New Year's resolution is to have a smooth-sailing career and to be happy. She also gave 3 wishes for the people. Firstly, she hoped that the business sector will grow and everyone will have a job. Second, there will be more good news this year. Lastly, the children will have good grades in studies.

大忙人陳慧琳在這個新年難得清閒，她會盡量陪伴家人，事關過完年又會再開始忙碌，除要往日本拍攝手表廣告，還要灌錄國語唱片及於四、五月間往美加舉行演唱會，另外還有多個廣告在接洽中。

被問到新年願望，陳慧琳除希望本身事事順利、開開心心外，並許下三個願望，她笑道：「首先希望香港百業興旺、人人有工開；其次希望今年有多些好新聞、日日都有好消息；最後希望小朋友學業進步、個個都取得好成績！」

Blessings With Fortune

For the past few years, Kelly had to spend her Lunar New Year holidays in work. This year, she had the opportunity to spend the festive season in Hong Kong together with her family members. To this, Kelly is extremely happy and together with her brother, Victor, the family had their reunion dinner.

On the first day of the New Year, Kelly will attend a TVB show and she will sing Fortunate as this song has a meaningful name. After the New Year, Kelly will proceed to Japan to shoot the new series of ad for Citizen watches. She had mentioned that most Japanese ads will have new faces every year. However, this is already her fourth year with Citizen and although she was not given a raise, she will still like to thank the boss for liking her so much. She had also added that she will start recording songs for her new album and continue with her concert world tour.

陳慧琳（ Kelly ）過去幾年的農曆新年都要在工作中度過，難得今年可以留港與家人共度，她感到十分開心。 Kelly 更會待胞弟陳司翰回港後，全家人一起吃團年飯。

Kelly 今日年初一會為無做賀年節目，她說：「我會唱《有福氣》，因為呢首歌個歌名好意頭，家香港咁多問題，我希望大家好似隻歌名咁。」過年後， Kelly 會到日本為星辰表拍新一輯廣告，她說：「日本表廣告通常會一年換一個代言人，我都做四年，酬勞雖然冇加，但我都多謝老闆咁錫我，之後我會開始為新碟錄歌同做世界巡迴演唱會。」
