Kelly's concert in Guangzhou will be held on the 30th and 31st of December. This is also the final stop of Kelly's concert tour in China. Fans from Mainland China had already booked the tickets for the show and will travel to Guangzhou to support her. HK fans had also organised their own tour group to watch her performance there.

Kelly is in HK busy with the rehearsal for the concert. Her mother had thus prepared pear with pork ribs soup daily.

Kelly 澳門剪綵酬勞行善

陳慧琳 1 月 30 與 31 日在廣州天河體育館舉行「紙醉金迷演唱會」，這是其內地巡迴演唱會尾站，內地的歌迷也預早訂票，更專程到廣州為她打氣 ﹔ 而香港歌迷亦自組旅行團，睇演唱會的同時，亦順道遊覽。

Kelly 在港忙於為個唱綵排，其母親每日也煲雪梨豬骨湯給她進補，又有煲雞腳湯讓她以形補形。

McDonalds Opening In Macau

Kelly was recently invited for the opening of McDonalds new restaurant in Macau. The organiser had also taken this opportunity to donate $150 000 to Kelly's Children Education Fund.

This was the second time that Kelly had appeared in Macau for promotion work within half a year. She replied that she was probably popular with the organisers and everyone sought to have her for opening events. Kelly added that her Education Fund is currently financing a group of children from South Asia staying in HK. As their parents belong to minority groups, they have a hard time to find jobs in HK. As such, their families can only survive with their meager earnings.

Kelly 澳門剪綵酬勞行善

陳慧琳 ( Kelly ) 日前應邀到澳門為麥當勞新店開幕剪綵，聯同該店負責人 John 及澳門立法會議員梁安琪主持切金豬儀式，大會更捐贈 15 萬元予「陳慧琳兒童助學基金」作慈善用途。

Kelly 在半年內第 2 次到澳門出席剪綵活動，受贊助商歡迎，她說可能自己腳頭旺，所以新店開幕都找她。今次她還有機會燒爆竹，點着後因太大聲嚇得她一直掩着耳朵。 Kelly 又透露基金會近日資助一批在港居住的南亞孩童，購買禦寒物品，因他們父母屬少數族裔，尋找工作困難，處於貧窮水平，遂特別予以資助。

Spending New Year's Eve With Guangzhou Fans

Kelly will hold her Lost In Paradise concert tour at Guangzhou on the 30th and 31st of this month. She was at the press conference held in Guangzhou yesterday. It is selected as the venue for the New Year's concert because Kelly's first Most Popular Female Singer Award was won in Guangzhou and that her first concert tour was also held there. She has prepared two new suits of costumes for the show as well as several new songs. Kelly's concert tour had already lasted for a year and she will carry on with stops at Canada next year before calling it an end.

陳慧琳與廣州歌迷度除夕

陳慧琳 ( Kelly ) 於本月 30 及 31 日於天河體育館舉行《紙醉金迷巡迴演唱會》，昨日到廣州舉行記者會。原來 Kelly 首次奪得「最受歡迎女歌手」獎項及首次巡迴演唱會都是在廣州，所以特別選擇在廣州與歌迷迎接新一年。她為給歌迷新鮮感，特別設計兩套新服飾，還演繹多首新歌。巡迴演唱會至今已做了 1 年，明年會移師美加演出，之後會圓滿結束，她感到有點不捨得。

Winning Awards With The Song "Hope"

On the TVB 8 Awards Presentation held on Saturday night, Kelly had bagged 3 awards for the song "Hope" including a song award, World's Most Popular Cantonese song and Most Well-Liked Female Singer in Mainland China. She was also the local female singer who won the most number of awards for the night.

Kelly had expressed that "Hope" or rather "Dae Jang Geum" had had given her alot. It had caused many people in HK and China to like her. In the later awards presentations, Kelly will have to rely on the song to help her to win more awards. TVB will later screen the cartoon version of "Dae Jang Geum". When asked if she will also sing the theme song for it, Kelly replied that she will definitely accept the assignment if the TV station were to look for her.

Kelly 靠《希望》橫掃金曲榜

在 TVB 8 金曲榜頒獎禮上，陳慧琳 ( Kelly ) 憑《希望》連奪 3 個獎，是本地女歌手中，奪獎最多的一個，難怪她都視這首歌為「福將」，她更希望稍後的頒獎禮都是憑這曲來食糊 ﹗

前晚在電視廣播城舉行的金曲榜頒典禮， Kelly 憑《希望》奪得「金曲獎」、「全球觀眾最愛粵語歌曲」及「金曲榜內地觀眾最愛女歌手」獎。

奪了 3 個獎的 Kelly 表示，「《希望》呢首歌真係帶比我好多，應該係話《大長今》帶比我好多，令到內地同香港都好多人鍾意我，之後的頒獎禮要靠《大長今》，佢係我福將，無綫播《大長今》卡通會否唱主題曲 ﹖ 如果搵我梗係無任歡迎，無綫乜唔係搵返旗下藝人唱主題曲咩 ﹖ 卡通片應該幾得意。」

Protecting Her Voice

Kelly was the guest in the opening of 3-D Gold's branch in Tsuen Wan. Appearing in a dress sponsored by the label Loewe, she had also worn $1 880 000 worth of jewels. This attracted a large crowd of people and had to have the help of security to keep order.

Previously, Kelly would be given jewels to reward her for attending the shop's opening. However, she had only accepted a gold plated music box this time as she had an agreement with the jewel shop to donate the rest of her reward to her Education Fund.

Jacky Cheung who is currently in Taiwan for his Snow Wolf Lake musical performance had cancelled his previous night's performance as he had lost his voice due to flu. Kelly said that his songs are very difficult to sing and have to strain the vocal chords. She herself had also experienced losing her voice and understood the problems one has to go through. As such, she is extremely cautious when there is a weather change. Her formula is to drink more honey and keep her voice down. Western physician had taught her to keep her neck warm with a scarf during sleep and to breathe in steam. Anita Mui had previously given Kelly a steam producing machine and it had helped her tremendously to moisten her throat.

陳慧琳戥學友失聲慘

陳慧琳昨日為荃灣金至尊珠寶分店開幕擔任剪綵嘉賓，她一身 Loewe 品牌贊助時裝，配襯價值 188 萬元的贊助鑽飾亮相，吸引大批市民圍觀，需要警員協助維持秩序。

Kelly 以往為該珠寶店剪綵均獲贈名貴首飾，但今次僅收一座鑲有金肖像的音樂首飾盒，原來， Kelly 與珠寶店取得共識，寧將珠寶改做慈善。 Kelly 說 ﹕ 「我不會肉痛，求之不得，善款捐到我名下的『陳慧琳兒童助學基金會』。」

吸蒸氣養聲

正在台灣演出《雪狼湖》音樂劇的張學友，前晚因感冒失聲，被迫中場腰斬表演， Kelly 說 ﹕ 「他的歌很難唱，嗌到聲沙。我曾有失聲經驗，很明白當中的困擾，歌手們轉天氣要特別注意身體。我的養聲秘訣是多飲蜜糖水，避免放聲說話，西醫教我頸披絲巾睡覺及吸蒸氣 ﹔ 我試過聲帶不適，梅艷芳都送了部蒸氣機給我，趁冲涼時吸大啖蒸氣已足夠滋潤。」

Donation of $300 000 To Attend Promotion Event

Kelly was invited to attend a promotion launch of a branded luggage and she took on the role of the model to display the latest products.

The main reason why Kelly had attend the event was that the organiser had donated $300 000 to her Children's Education Fund. Kelly was also rewarded with a set of the world's latest products from the label. Kelly had mentioned that quite a number of people are willing to donate money to her fund so as to request her to attend their promotional activities. However, she will have to take into consideration the suitablity of the product and also that the minimum sum donated must be above $300 000. To date, her fund had raised a seven figure sum.

With the funds, she had hoped to increase the schools built in China from 5 to 10 in the next year so as to allow more children to benefit from the scheme. Recently, Jiangxi area was affected by earthquake and it cost a six figure sum for the school to be rebuilt. At a later date, she had planned to visit the school when she has the time.

Kelly had also experienced losing her luggage. On one occasion that she had went to Italy to purchase new clothes, she lost her luggage on the return trip. It contained nearly a six figure sum of new wears which made her very sad. Fortunately, she was able to recover them and the only item that was lost was a video camera.

Also, there was a case of a girl being cheated because she had wanted to join showbiz. To this, Kelly's reply was to urge people not to be conned on offers that are to good to be true.

陳慧琳出席活動有價

陳慧琳前晚以貴賓身份出席一個行李口急的宣傳活動，並擔任模特兒以展示最新款式的行李口急，同場還有蒙嘉慧、胡杏兒和楊思琦。

Kelly 今次出席活動，主要是主辦單位撥捐三十萬善款給她的助學基金，所以她便義助今次的宣傳活動，大會亦送上一套全球最新系列的旅行口急給她。 Kelly 稱，其實很多人都願意捐錢給她的基金，藉以要求她出席一些宣傳活動；而她亦會視乎是什麼品牌的產品，而且每次最少要捐款三十萬，她才會答應出席。 Kelly 自問一個人的力量有限，當然越多人捐錢給基金會就越好，而至目前為止，其基金會亦籌到七位數字善款。

內地建校小朋友受惠

到目前為止， Kelly 的基金會在內地已建有五間學校，她希望明年可以增建至十間，讓更多有需要的小朋友受惠。談及最近江西發生地震，令不少學童受到影響，不能上學； Kelly 表示，早前在雲南興建的一所學校，亦因為地震關係，須花上六位數字重建。稍後她有時間，亦打算到內地興建的學校作探訪。

Kelly 亦和很多藝人一樣有遺失行李的經驗，有次專程到意大利添新裝，回程時曾遺失一箱行李，足足有近六位數字的新裝，且都是她極花心思去選購的，令她大感心痛。幸好最後失而復得，行李箱內的所有新裝也沒有遺失，唯一失去的只是一部攝錄機而已。

此外，最近有女子恨入娛樂圈被騙財騙色， Kelly 呼籲大家不要誤信騙徒，哪有「咁大隻蛤蜊隨街跳」呢！
